Controlling Internship

You
We are looking for a controlling student to our Malmö office who would like to do her/his internship with us during 6 months, with start as soon as possible.​ Currently you are studying in the area of Business Administration /Finance /Economics /IT or a similar discipline. You will work alongside colleagues from all departments and report to the CFO. Main tasks will be: 

  • Support the automation of business and reporting processes with the use of Microsoft (MS) Excel VBA, MS Access and MS Power BI
  • Data analytics and feedback to various stakeholders within the Santander organization
  • Create and execute different business reports for local management
  • Support in monthly closing tasks

What do we need from you?
Absolutely your mindset, your focus and your ability to connect with stakeholders on all levels. You also have the drive to be result-oriented, curious to learn about new tools, open-minded and innovative. You have the ability to support all improving initiatives. An analytical thinker and fluent in the English language, both written and verbal. In addition, you have:

  • Very strong analytical skills with willingness to focus on details 
  • Structure and self-drive to work independently
  • Experience in Microsoft applications, especially strong Excel skills using functions and pivot tables 
  • Further experience in other Microsoft applications, especially MS Access, VBA Coding and MS Power BI is preferred, but not necessary 
  • Open mind and proactive personality
